For those that know the GB 53 Aleutian, you know it is a special vessel with an exceptional reputation for performance, stability, range, sea-keeping and high quality construction and finish. Cruise slow and efficient with exceptional range and stabilized when desired, but you still have speed (20+ knots) when needed. The HUGE walk around decks make handling this boat comfortable, safe and secure.



For those that know this particular 53 Aleutian, you know it has been highly upgraded and maintained from what was an already very high quality boat.



After purchasing the vessel in 2017, the current owners (who are very experienced yacht owners) spent over $200,000.00 with well known interior superyacht designer Sylvia Bolton upgrading almost every surface in the vessel to higher quality materials and fit/finish than what was already on the boat. This also included new granite countertop in the galley, a 2nd STIDD captains chair on the bridge, all dimmable LED lighting, custom art pieces and so much more. Every sofa, cushion, bed spread and seat was redone to superyacht standards. Very tastefully done, the boat simply feels of a higher quality interior with Sylvia's touches added..........



They also employed John Barrett of Barrett's Enclosures to build a stunning bridge enclosure out of Diamond Macron glued in panels on sliders. Barrett is one of the best known canvas suppliers for PNW Superyachts and is widely considered one of the best canvas builders on the west coast (if not in the world), and it shows on this canvas job. They even added an electric heater to the bridge for year round comfort and sea-deck flooring for comfort on your feet (and a very nice look).



And of course all engine systems were thoroughly gone through by Cummins NW, including all coolers being removed and serviced, all fluid and filter servicing always up to date and even house batteries (all AGM) have been recently replaced. All exterior teak and brightwork has been professionally maintained and looks stunning (covers included).



The main engines have less than 560 hours on them and generator less than 400 hours. The watermaker is serviced and ready to make you water wherever you are. The inverter is ready to supply quite 120V power when at anchor, and gen serviced and ready to power everything at sea when needed. Upgraded Maritron tank monitoring system works great. Hydraulic stabilizers (added in 2018) keep you comfortable at sea. SAT TV system keeps everyone informed and entertained. Bow and stern thrusters, electronic controls and even a wireless yacht controller remote make docking and even single handing a breeze. Separate washer/dryer. Separate freezer in utility room, mid-ship master. two full heads with separate showers, and lots and lots of the beautiful woodwork modern Grand Banks are known for.

Please note that the listed bridge clearance of 19'7" is to the top of the hardtop, with all antenna's hinged or removed.  Height to the top of the SAT TV domes is 25'6" and height to the top of the VHF antenna's (with antenna's up) is 30'.
