COMMENTS AND NOTEWORTHY FEATURES AT A GLANCE
GAYLE FORCE was originally built with an unlimited budget. In 2009/2010 she was sent to Delta Marine for a massive refit including new engines, generators and inverter system, the addition of a bulbous bow, keel extension, LED lighting and many details. Now under current ownership since 2016 GAYLE FORCE has received significant upgrades and maintenance from 2017-2020 and is now in better than new condition. Her current owner has made these investments in view of cruising to Antarctica, Alaska, and the East Coast. Her captain and crew are passionate about the yacht and have improved and perfected a very well-designed platform. Recently inspected and highly recommended.

OVERVIEW
LOWER DECK / OWNER AND GUESTS ACCOMMODATIONS:
There are two guest staterooms; the port side has twin berths and a pullman with en-suite bath with stall shower. Each stateroom has a large hanging locker, flat screen TVs and entertainment systems, ample drawers, and storage areas.
The starboard side guest stateroom has a queen berth outboard and a Pullman inboard and an en-suite bathroom with marble stall shower, head, and single sink.
The large owner’s stateroom in the lowest part of the yacht accommodations and few steps down from the guest accommodations. This stateroom is full beam with a king berth on centerline, a working desk and shelves and ample drawers to starboard and a large settee to port. There is a walk-in closet with drawers on port side. The head is accessed from starboard finished in exquisite beige/orca colored marble with very large stall shower which is also a steam room.
Forward of the Owner’s stateroom is a door accessing the lower pump room/cofferdam technical areas where the stabilizers, water pumps and heaters are fitted. This area is well organized and painted white.
The engine room is aft of the owner’s stateroom and accessed from either the swim platform through the lazarette or from the starboard aft hidden watertight door in the saloon or starboard aft companionway.
MAIN DECK:
The substantial anchoring systems are on raised main deck forward with padded seating on the Portuguese bridge just before the pilothouse. Wing station controls either side. Access to the pilothouse through doors on either side. The position of the wheelhouse forward on the upper main deck allows excellent visibility from the driving station through 5 large windows with wipers and a significant stainless steel/ canvas brow that protects the entire area.
There is access to the crew quarters down from the wheelhouse on port side, 2 Ricaro helm chairs, one centerline and the other serves as navigation desk chair which reverses facing forward for passages, a navigation station aft to starboard and a raised L shaped settee to port with table. The large and well-equipped galley is aft on the same level as the wheelhouse and has appliances and prep areas plus sink on port and prep areas, pantry, and a sink on starboard. The day head is aft of the galley.
Down 4 steps in the central circular staircase accesses the dining and main salon fitted with cherry wood furniture storage for all china, stemware, and silver as well as all serving needs for the yacht. The dining table is a beautiful custom cherry and birch wood design with 6 recovered beige wool padded dining wood chairs. There is a chilled wine storage outboard on portside and small wet bar on starboard. The dining area is open to the main saloon with a plush off-white linen “L” shaped couch settee on port side and a large reclining easy chair. A 50” flat screen TV raises and lowers from the furniture on starboard side. There is amazing storage cabinetry through-out this area. Headroom is approx. 7’ / 2.2m.
Given that GAYLE FORCE has been equipped to go to Antarctica and Alaska - the entire aft deck area has been modified to offer a climate-controlled environment by piping in both A/C and Heat via the diesel heating system. The vents are under the settee. New Lexan clear panels (2 on either side and 3 across the stern) are fitted on custom secure tracks. Wing weather doors are built into the yacht superstructure in the companionways forward. This aft deck area can be toasty warm or cooled to taste and creates another dining and lounging area in any weather conditions.
UPPER DECK:
The upper deck is quite large with an open central area with central watertight door that accesses the interior of the yacht via the circular stairs. A large muster station locker is on starboard. A tall stainless frame with canvas sunshade covers ½ this deck area and is also used for carrying the SUP boards etc. There is a 6 person Jacuzzi aft of on center with newly designed custom articulating padded cover built to support considerable weight. Large Storage lockers are outboard. The tender is carried securely aft on the deck with a 1250kg hydraulic crane built into an enclosed locker mounted athwartships just in front of the tender storage. The crane allows deployment of the new 20’ AB aluminum inflatable on either side or aft.
FLYBRIDGE:
The fly bridge is up 4 steps from the upper deck and has an aluminum hardtop and wrap around forward angled glass partial windshield. Ships controls are on centerline with 2 Ricaro chairs and some required navigation electronics. A well-equipped bar counter with large gas BBQ is on the port side and a U-shaped settee on starboard with 3 chairs and beautiful varnished teak dining table.
All decks are teak laid with differing levels of thickness remaining and generally in serviceable – good condition.
CREW ACCOMODATION:
In 2017 VRIPACK was engaged to design a 3rd crew cabin replacing the crew mess and allowing for additional crew accommodation total of 5.
