VESSEL OVERVIEW

Delivered in 2018, COFINA is the ideal family yacht. At 108 feet, she surprises you with her volume and unique features for a yacht of this size. COFINA is a tri-deck, semi-displacement fiberglass motor yacht with a raked, bulbous bow, open flybridge, walk-down transom stern with swim platform and tender garage.

The aft deck includes ample bench seating with custom table with seating for 10. This area includes audio speakers, recessed lighting, and security cameras which can be monitored from multiple locations. There are wide, lighted teak walk-around decks with a balcony on the starboard side, large enough for 2 chairs and a table. This area is easily accessed via a sliding glass door on the starboard side of the main salon.

Entering the main salon though the sliding glass doors on the aft deck, you will find a contemporary but comfortable interior design. Large windows flood the yacht with natural light, giving a warm and welcoming feel. There are ample built-in cabinets, an oversized L-shaped sectional and two armchairs centered around a large, square coffee table.

Moving forward you enter the formal dining area, with seating for 10 around a large, rectangular dining table. The forward wall is ideal for displaying artwork. Continuing forward on the portside is the pantry and galley. The main corridor is on the starboard side.

The galley is conveniently located to the dining area and is also accessible by the crew via a staircase leading up from the crew quarters below. This allows the crew to provide a higher level of service to the owner and guests.

On the starboard side of the main corridor is a lighted, floating staircase with a seamless glass rail. The day head is also located in this corridor. The staircase will bring you up to the Skylounge and Pilothouse or descend to the guest staterooms below.

Moving forward you will enter the on-deck office and master stateroom, which is large and comfortable, with huge windows both port and starboard, allowing the best views possible. The master suite features his and her bathrooms joined by a single, shared shower. There is an ample build-in closet and plenty of built-in cabinets throughout the suite. Other features include electric blackout Roman shades, a safe, reading lights, a Samsung TV, and stereo equipment, all iPad controlled.

On the lower deck are four additional guest staterooms all with private ensuites. The forward starboard stateroom has two single berths and a Pullman. The other three staterooms feature queen sized berths. All staterooms include electric Roman blackout shades, a safe, Samsung TV’s, reading lights and stereo. The guest staterooms are quite large and very comfortable for a vessel of this size.

Ascending the staircase brings you to a corridor with a pantry with wine fridge and moving forward, to a large pilothouse. The captain’s cabin is conveniently located directly off the wheelhouse. Crew can also access the side decks of the yacht on both the port and starboard sides of the wheelhouse, a very convenient feature. COFINA boasts a large and comfortable bow lounge; a perfect spot for taking in the sun and enjoying the open ocean. There is a large U-shaped, built-in sofa with a table as well as an oversized sunbed and small seat at the very front of the bow. There is also a removable canopy that can be put up for shade on those extra hot days.

Aft of the staircase is the Skylounge, which has a very open and airy feel. Furnishings include a glass game/breakfast table with modern seating for four. There is a large couch with ottoman and plenty of cabinets for storage. There are sheer curtains and solar shades on the windows.

Entertainment in the guest areas throughout the vessel are iPad controlled, with each having options to control the lights, the shades/blinds, CCTV camera, navigation information, Apple TV, Terrestrial radio, Bluetooth connectivity, Net Radio, USB connectivity, and a video server in the main salon and master stateroom only.

Stepping through the sliding glass doors brings you to the upper deck. An exterior staircase from the aft deck can also access this deck. There is a custom, modern wood table under cover with seating for ten in contemporary director chairs. There is ample, additional bench seating. On the port side there is a staircase that leads to the sundeck.

The sundeck offers both covered seating as well as sun loungers. There is a wet bar with two built-in grills, a sink and icemaker. Under cover there is a fold-down TV, recessed lighting and flush mounted stereo speakers. There is a hot tub surrounded with cushioned sunbeds.
